Helsinki Metal Festival returns to Helsinki, Finland on August 7-8, 2026, featuring an international lineup of metal, electronic, and rock artists. Swedish progressive metal legends Opeth headline alongside German heavy metal veterans Accept and Black Label Society from the United States. The festival showcases 16 artists spanning multiple subgenres, including electronic acts like Carpenter Brut and Igorrr, extreme metal bands Triptykon and Rotting Christ, and death metal supergroup Bloodbath. Artists from six countries including Sweden, Germany, the United States, France, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom will perform across the two-day event.
